Q: How do I order a game from your webshop?
A: Ordering a game from our online shop is safe, secure and very easy!

Just follow these three steps:

1: Find the game of your choice and press the "add to cart" button.
2: On the top left of your screen select "checkout" and fill in your shipping and billing adress details.
3: Select your payment method (credit card, paypall etc) and follow the onscreen instrustions to complete your order.

Q: Who is handling and processing my online payments?
A: On the Iceberg webshop you can safely pay using our “Card Gate” payment provider. Card Gate ensures a fast and save transaction of all your payments.

Q: How long does it take to ship my order?
A: We aim to ship and deliver your order within 3 and 5 working days inside of Europe, and 5-7 days outside of Europe.

Q: How do I return a purchased product?
A: As with traditional retail, we can’t take back any products that are unsealed, unwrapped or opened. However, if you have received a faulty product or feel your order or payment is in error, please contact our support desk via sales@iceberg-shop.com

Be sure to include your order number, address details and we will contact you about returning the product as soon as possible.
